Here is an update on what is happening at Sage Gourmet and The Wine Cellar at Sage Gourmet in June!
First, Laurie and Chrissy are having a cooking class at The Sage Gourmet Kitchen in the Wine Cellar!!!

When: Class Time Begins at 6:30 p.m.
Where: The Sage Gourmet Kitchen in the Wine Cellar
Join Laurie Bakke and Chrissy Filka as we prepare for a very interesting class centered around wine. This class will take you through cooking with wine, learning how to pair wine with wonderful recipes and tips on how to taste and smell wine. The cost is $50.00 per person.

Join Dennis and Marian Lanahan at Sage Gourmet for their first wine tasting and food pairing event! At Mountain Brook Vineyards, crafting wine is a labor of love. They take great care in nurturing their 7.5-acre vineyard, nestled in the isothermal belt foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Tryon, North Carolina. They have award winning wines, such as, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Petit Verdot and a Bordeaux blend and more.
They will pour five wines and Laurie and Chrissy will artfully pair food with each wine.
